A substantial part of your stay at Nhoma Safari Camp goes to the community for sharing with you their traditional knowledge.
We are proud of the healthy symbiosis between the village and the tourism operation. Besides salaries, tips and bed levies, part of your fee also goes to the village elder for operating on the family's n!ore (their ancestral land). We lease the land from the community.
Furthermore, the income is re- invested with the guiding principal to spend investments locally and let the village directly participate from any development. Our vision is to build as much as possible with local materials and local employment. This ensures further qualification and education, whilst reducing carbon pollution for transport. Our leading goal is to generally operate our enterprise as sustainable as possible.

Our gardens and chickens assisst us to walk to talk and keep our footprint as little as possible.
